WELCOME TO SIMPLICITY IS THE KEY!
This website is supported by Simplicity Blog.
At Simplicity Blog there are a number of regular visitors with whom we have discussions about management, leadership and the meaning of life. It also has a lighter side - I believe management and leadership can be fun too. Simplicity blog is here: http://www.simplicityitk.blogspot.com/
In an attempt to live the simplicity message we deliberately chose a straightforward no frills website. This is not an all singing, all dancing website with lots of glitter and razzamatazz. That would be somewhat hypocritical!
It is a cost effective, basic site that is easy to navigate. It has only 8 pages and we will try to keep it interesting.
Enjoy it and please shout if you want to see some content that is not on the site at present. We are learning as we go!
Anyway - that's enough of my waffle – just enjoy the site and let us have feedback!

The Simplicity of Leadership.
In a recent e-mail conversation with Tony Benn, the 83 year old retired Labour MP gave me these wonderful words that define leadership perfectly in my opinion.
"Some leaders make it so complicated that they hope we will leave the decision to them. Others make it seem so simple that we can trust them to take charge. The real test is to clarify the issues so we have the confidence to decide for ourselves. That is what I believe leaders should do." Tony Benn
Amen to that and thank you Mr Benn!
